                                                                                                                               Here at Equine Forage Farms we have several forages grown   specifically for your horse's needs. Forges change through out the year   as to type, sugars, proteins, ADF, NDF, lignin, etc; it is wise for the horse  owner to request forage tests on the hay they are purchasing and to find  the forage that best meets their horses activity, metabolic, and medical  requirements, and considers the horse's age. We are more than happy to  review your  horse's needs and help pick a forage to meet them. The   current hays in stock are as follows:

    1). Timothy Orchard/Grass Mix, 2nd cut, from Pennsylvania, $13/bale.     

​    2). Pure Timothy Hay, from Pa, very clean, first cut from 2025,                           $12/bale.

​

     3). Timothy Orchard, very nice first cut from Pa, compact 40 lb bales

           processed on a Steffen rebaling system. Great if traveling or                     limited storage space. $10.50 a bale. 

​

     4). Timothy Orchard, beautiful second cut from Pa, compact 40 lb

           processed on a Steffen rebaling system. Great if traveling or                     limited storage space. $12,50 a bale.

​

​    5). Coastal Bermuda Hay, 2025, $11.00/bale. Very nice clean hay                      from this years cutting.                        

                                                                                                                         6). Orchard grass 2nd and 3rd cut from Pa, $13.50/ bale, very leafy,                 fine, clean. 

                          

    7). Orchard grass 4th cut, grown by Equine Forage Farms, $14/bale,

            premium, from chicken house field.

    8). Orchard grass 4th cut, grown by Equine Forage Farms, $14/bale,

           premium, from Nathan's field.

    9). Alfala Orchard Grass Mix, 75/25, 2nd cut, clean, $14/bale. 

           From Indiana ( this does have some immature foxtail heads

           in some bales.

   10). Alfalfa, 3rd cut, from Indiana, $15/bale. â€‹

 

   11). Indiana 4th cut Alfalfa Orchard, 50/50 mix, very fine stemmed,
